All eight pictures are real NPoC photos from the old site and LinkedIn, redrawn in the same comic halftone style as the Hayek and Ostrom portraits (navy, teal, sky and paper tones with halftone dots). The text and "Now at NPoC" cards stay as they are now.
The hero becomes one comic page: eight framed panels in different sizes, each with a small caption box. Hover a panel and it slowly zooms. Still, no movement on its own.







A slowly drifting wall of the same pictures, tilted slightly, with columns moving up and down at different speeds. The most eye-catching option. It stops moving for visitors who turn off animations.
The calmest option: one big redrawn picture fills the hero and slowly fades into the next every 6 seconds, with a slow zoom and a caption box naming the place or project.
We met as the Kerala cohort of the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship. Two years in the districts taught us that good policy needs people who think it through and then see it done.
